1st Installment - 25% within 3 months of acceptance
2nd installment - 25% within 9 months of acceptance
3rd installment - 25% within 18 months of acceptance
4th Installment - 25% within one month of intimation of proposed allotment to the applicant.
A 5% discount is applicable if the applicant pays in a lump sum.
